You've got several different "baddies" in there. When you're finished with cleaning everything out, you'll need to install some programs to protect your PC, plus you need to be a little more careful about the sites you visit and the programs you download.

Boot into safe mode, run HiJackThis, and delete the following:

Some ActiveX controls that can be deleted.

Your machine is infected with several CoolWebSearch variants. You should download the latest version of CWShredder, which should take care of a lot of those spyware apps, plus it should help with your about:blank problem. Download CWShredder here.

You should also install SpywareBlaster to protect your machine against future infestations, plus run Ad-Aware and/or Spybot at least once a week. All 3 programs can be found on our Security Downloads page.

When you're finished, please post a new log so we can make sure we got everything.
