removing Omegasearch

Hello Everyone

I just recently got infected with omegasearch and its awful! I did the step by step guide that I got from this site .. I removed everything with omegasearch in it and it still didnt work. I tried looking for the the other entries and I didnt see any that looked funny.... so if anyone can please help me out I would greatly appreciate it :).... here is my hijack this log

    then, remove these folders manually:

    C:\PROGRAM FILES\HTMDRI~1 ( a folder that starts with htmdri)
    C:\PROGRAM FILES\HEARTB~1 (a folder that starts with heartb)

    reboot.

    finally, download and install adaware, spybot S&D, and LSP Fix from here:
    http://www.short-media.com/download.php?dc=69

    make sure you update and run adaware and spybot S&D regularly, but you should only need to run lsp fix once.

    okay after comparing each log I noticed it wasn't every possible one hehe... lets try this... crossing fingers!

    alrighty.. I booted up in safe mode and then opened up hijack this and scanned the comp.. I got a different log this time.. there was still a lot of the same ones but there was a lot of different ones too.. So I removed all the ones from the first list you gave me and deleted both of those Dir's.. booted up and omega was still there.. so here is my new log.. sorry for the trouble.. I cant tell you how much I appreciate this!!! THANKS!!

    Since the DLL is gone, you can delete this one in normal mode:
