Got this ugly report!

Hi guys, I have this new HJT log. Could you take a look and tell me what to trash. I was closing pop-ups on a website and clicked on the wrong thing and my webpage was taken over AGAIN! Damn you would think I would know better by now!! Iran Spybot and Adaware already. Thankyou Zellar!

You do have a process running that is listed as questionable over at the BHO index start file . Are you using by choice the Flashget toolbar, which is some kind of download manager? If it's installed by mistake, then uninstall it and then delete the following lines if they are still in your HJT log after unistalling:

Also, you can get rid of this, as it's not needed for proper operation of the program:
