omega search - hijackthis log

I cannot get rid of this omega search. I ran Spyhunter, Adaware, and Spybot. Rebooted in safe mode. Then I ran HijackThis and fixed the omega search files. But, after a short amount of time it will come back as a "pass-through" to my homepage. Below is my log and I would greatly appreciate any advise:

    Thanks for the help!

    I do not have the folders called
    C:\program files\CLOCKM~1
    C:\program files\CDROMS~1

    I have a bunch called ClockBuild, ClockMath etc. but I have not deleted them because I don't know what they're for.

    Yep, those are the ones you want to delete. They are the old Omegasearch folders.

    any folder or filename that ends in ~# means that the name is longer than 8 characters.

    for example:

    c:\shortmedia\ becomes c:\shortm~1\
    then if there's a second folder that starts with shortm ("c:\shortmedia is cool\", for example), it will become c:\shortm~2\. This is how they would look in dos.

    Thanks I went ahead and deleted those files. Well it has been almost 24 hours, I've rebooted several times and there are no signs of omega search!!
    Thank you very much for the help. That has been one of the most frustrating things I've had on my computer.
