Help! About:blank/spyware message

Please help!

Internet Explorer on my Windows 98 (2nd Ed) has been hijacked by the about:blank demon. In addition to resetting my default site as about:blank, I receive incessant popups from Spyware. I am also receiving messages that various applications using Explorer are performing illegal operations.

From what I understand, this problem is caused by a dll file. I ran Hijack This (I am limited by what I can do because my free Winzip download never works for free). Only 2 dll files appear:

BHO: ie-(2FF5573C-OEB5-43db-A1B2-C43268134683)-C:\Windows\IEHR.DLL

BHO: (no name)-(CACO9341-C29A-11D8-8BCA-00106C139155)-C:\Windows\SYSTEM\JHGF.DLL

Does this mean that one of these two files is the demon? Is it safe to delete one or both of them (using the Command prompt startup described on this site)? Alternatively, is there a list of "bad" dll files that I can delete randomly, hoping that one of them is the culprit in my case?

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
