cool web search HELP!!!!!

okay i cant get rid of it i have used cw shredder, ad aware and spy bot but it keeps coming back when i go on the net ARRRGH! Here is my hijack this log:

Okay, this new CWS variant is a real pain. First, make sure you can view hidden/system files. If not, open Explorer and go to Tools>Folder Options>View and make sure Show hidden files and folders is selected and Hide protected operating system files is unchecked.

Next, go to Start>Run and type services.msc and hit OK. Find the service called Network Security Service. Double-click on it and click on Stop then hit OK.

Next, open Task Manager, right click on ntwq32.exe and click End Process. Do the same for winzm.exe.

Rerun HiJackThis and delete the following:

i have a prob with what u said when i double clicked the net security thing it said required reg entry missing or write to reg failed? Also i have found ntwq32.exe in task manager but not winzm.exe

They've changed names. Don't reboot any more. See if you can find atlcl.exe and appuf.exe and terminate those processes.

Next, locate jafgp.dll. Open it up in notepad and delete the entire contents of the file. Save it then go into Windows explorer, find the folder it's in, then right-click on it, go to properties, check the Read Only box, then hit OK.

Rerun HiJackThis and delete:

This is similar to mine, they change names I think, because I deleted atlph.exe and it's still hijacking my homepage.

By the way, I've ran cw shredder, hijack this, and Ad-aware and AVG and Spybot.

Anyone know how to remove downloader.small? trojan?

You've got this left:

As mentioned above, find the file nnkue.dll, open it in Notepad, delete the contents, then make it read-only. Start up HiJackThis and delete that entry.

I think its all gone now but is it a problem that Network Security Service is not on the services.msc list anymore??
