I would love some help with my hjt log!

I am so happy to find that people out there are willing to help with these evil trojans and viruses!!! I am trying to help my boyfriend fix his computer, it has been taken over. The desktop and browser continually get hijacked and the control panel preferences will not stay the way we want them to. I ran adware and spybot but there are a few things it could not remove. I would appreciate it if you could take a look at my log and let me know what I need to remove and if there is anything else I can.

    Hi unplgged, and welcome to Short-Media. Please review the link at the top of this page for running Ad-Aware and Spybot. These programs will remove the bulk of items and make it easier to remove the nasty stuff.

    I have run both adware and spybot several times exactly the way directed but some of it will not come off. They seem to be very stubborn.

    I've already tried this, can anyone tell me specifics on which files to remove?
