My download speed is not effected first of all.

The problem as I see it is that I CONSTANTLY am getting timeouts for webpages, pages don't load completly and stuff. I first thought my ping was shot or something, but when I play Desert Combat my pings are like 30ms, no lag ever... and of course when I download from a website, IF the download starts, it downloads fast as ever before.

I've cleaned out my cache and all that stuff, everything looks fine, the rest of my system seems fine... just the internet when viewed through a browser is undependable(reminds me, I have no packet loss either).

Does this in multple browsers, IE6, Mozilla, Firefox..... and even at my school I was having these same problems. So I am pretty sure it isn't my PC.

If you've had these problems in multiple places, I'd say it's gotta be the computer. :-/
