Sony introduces a 7.2 megapixel Cybershot digicam

This camera will be less then $500 and have enough power for all types of Photographers, from the begginers to the experts.
CONSUMER ELECTRONICS Leviathan Sony said it has introduced a sub $500 digital camera which will fit in your top pocket.

The Cybershot DSC P150 will capture images up to 3072 by 2304 pixels, is less than an inch thick, and uses a Zeiss Vario Tessar 3X optical zoom lens. Sony claims the digicam will snap up to 310 pics per charge using the 1.8-inch LCD panel built into the unit.

    WTF!?! That is insane!!! I can't believe it, till I see it and buy it myself ;)

    Less than $500 meaning, $499?

    I would buy it, even if its a Sony (they don't make bad cameras anyways).

    They don't make bad cameras, but they don't make particularly outstanding cameras, either. How a company that uses friggin' Zeiss lenses manages to not make the best cameras on the market is beyond me.

    Regardless, if you want a really good camera, there are really only two choices:
    Nikon and Canon.
