Trojan Horse Dialer 10

My AVG Antivirus has detected the above inC:\Documents and Settings\...\Temporary Internet Files\Content.IE5VUNETIZ\SYSsfitb[1].cab:\d_loader.exe Status: Infected imbedded object.

AVG is unable to handle it and does not place it in virus vault.
How do I get rid if it. I am running cable hi speed internet so I am making the assumption that this trojan cannot dial out.

I'm starting to dislike AVG. It seems like there are a lot of files it can't clean or quarantine. The easiest way would be to try deleting it yourself, and if that doesn't work, deleting it yourself while in safe mode.

Kwitko: Thanks for the info. I deleted Temporary Internet Files and ran AVG and it appears to have done the trick.
