Port 113 security

I went out to http://www.grc.com shields up and did their comomon port scan and the report came back that my port 113 showed closed under the status which I guess is a bad thing and made my PC fail the TruStealth Analysis.

So how do I Stealth that sucker?
I have a cable modem, router, Black Ice for a firewall, plus of cource the crapy one (firewall) in XP Pro.

I tried to manually config it but I can not find where I can change it.

Also I disabled both my XP firewall and the Blackice firewall and still got the same results, so I thought that it was my router that was setting the port settings but I don't see where I can either disable it and let the software do the port settings or where in the router setup to change it so that 113 can be set to stealth mode.

What sets the port status settings for the outside world to see?

Thanks,
"g"

Closed is no big deal, as long as it's not open. Some programs, like IRC, use port 113. If you're really worried, you could forward port 113 in your router to a nonexistent IP.

ya but how would I go about stealthing it? Plus why when I used and diabled either of the software firewalls didn't the scan change? It showed that all ports were stealth except for 113. Shouldn't the status on the unfirewalled ports change to either open or closed?

    Thanks,

If port 113 is closed, that IS a good thing :)

Stealthed or closed shows no weakness in your security. It open WOULD however... :)
