SM4 is plugged into the router, but I noticed this morning that its status lights were off. I changed the cable and still nothing. I'll have to replace the NIC when I get home from work this evening. I hope she didn't lose too much ground. :(

Do you have one in the parts bin or do you need a new donation?

That sucks. If you need a NIC card, I have a pile of them.

Well, it wasn't the NIC after all. It appears the jack in the back of my router is the culprit. Some deftly executed jiggling put the connection back in line.
