OmegaKillerSM deployment problems

Hello, I own a computer store and I spend about 3/4 of every day removing spyware and virus's. So, I would consider myself a professional. However, one of my tools does not seem to be working on a particular PC. The machine is completely clean of all nastiness except for the browser hijacker omegasearch. I would normally use OmegaKillerSM to remove it, but on this particular machine, I receive 2 errors. First: ERROR STARTING PROGRAM The PSAPI.DLL file is linked to missing export NTDLL.DLL:wcslen. Second: a:\OmegaKiller\OmegaKiller.exe A device attached to the system is not functioning. I have tried running the program from the hard drive, and the same second message appears with the path on the hard drive. I have re-downloaded the executable on a new floppy. Definitely not a media issue. The machine is a P3 gateway running WinME. It had a huge amount of spyware on it which has been cleaned. This is the last lingering issue. If anyone know why I am getting the errors, or of another utility to remove omegasearch, I would greatly appreciate it. Thanks in advance for your time. Gator

As of right now, OmegaKillerSM only works on Win2K and XP. A 9x version is in the works.
