    Thanks csimon.

I havnt been to pcpitstop for a while now. Anyways, here are my results:

    Download Bandwidth Test Results
Download speed: 173 kilobits per second
Test details: 201 kilobytes downloaded in 9.25 seconds.
    Receive buffer size: 65535 KB

Floppy suggested something to me about how P2P files can cause internet slowness. My brother had downloaded some INCOMPLETE videos, I've deleted them now and the internet seems a bit faster.

Your results are much than mine :bawling: ..... :)

    What do you think?

    Thanks

Hi, in the previous post I had MSN Messenger running, closed it and here are my slighty improved results:

Download speed: 209 kilobits per second
Test details: 101 kilobytes downloaded in 3.844 seconds.
    Receive buffer size: 65535 KB

Cheers! Yeah, in England we go by GMT and Thanks for doing the maths for me straight_man :D Now its done for me :p . So i've got 1/3 to go :) Hopefully.

Was not just the maths, I figured knowing where to get the figures from log and psummary page would be nice to know. I used a calculator (printing) for the maths.

But you are quite welcome. I figured would kill the bird of "what is important in log" and simplified maths with one answer. By the time you have done 1\3 of a WU, you can know pretty well in actively Folding hours how many for whole WU, absent things that are unusual.

The difference between cable and dsl shouldn't be that extreme. I'd say your problem lies elsewhere but not with F@H unless you're uploading or downloading wu's at the time of the test.
I have no idea what to recommend except perhaps running spybot and adaware.
