Am I being Hijacked? Please hlp with hijack this log

Dear SVT team,

I have been experiencing increased internet connection browser slowness, and recieve a message when visiting many websites asking if I can see the toolbar - which looks like somthing called All About...?!

I also recieve some error messages in exes or saying ....has caused an error in, so ran the Error Correction Utility on Start-up, but am anxious I still have ominous exe files.

I have removed any tracing cookies, and spyware/adwares/malwares using Adaware SE, run a spyware check using Spyware Search and Destroy, and fixed all entries which were safe to do so except 'DSO Exploit', and downloaded Hijack This.

I am worried about the first entry, and a few of the others...am I being Hijacked? Or do I have some .exe files which shouldn't be there?

Here is my Hijack This Log:

It's true! However, you could remove some of those processes to recover some resources. Remember, these are purely optional, and you can choose to remove them as you see fit:

    O4 - HKLM\..\Run: [SiS KHooker] C:\WINDOWS\System32\khooker.exe
    O4 - HKLM\..\Run: [VCSPlayer] "C:\Program Files\Virtual CD v4 SDK\system\vcsplay.exe" (You can access this via Start>Programs if needed)
    O4 - HKLM\..\Run: [Motive SmartBridge] C:\PROGRA~1\ntl\BROADB~1\SMARTB~1\MotiveSB.exe
    O4 - HKCU\..\Run: [MsnMsgr] "C:\Program Files\MSN Messenger\MsnMsgr.Exe" /background
    O4 - Global Startup: broadband medic.lnk = C:\Program Files\ntl\broadband medic\bin\matcli.exe

Any of these that you have questions about, please ask.
