I've had zero problems with it so far (other than the fact that my computer can't run "extreme" performance :D)

    My day so far...

So I bought the game in full on tuesday(gamestop) being told it would be in today(thursday)... I get there and the guy couldn't find my receipt, we spent a good 45 minute searching till it finally showed up on the computer. He then tells me(he is a cool guy btw) that they _may_ not have the collectors edition in just yet, they only recieved 4, but should have a shipment in today. So I go on my lovely business to pay off my electric bill, to my realization that it is veterans day so my bank is closed and I must somehow pay this bill today, but my roomate who owes me money took an hour to pick up his phone so I could have him pay the bill witha check since I have yet to recieve my new checks. I have no way of paying, but I do have a check of the money my roomate owed me.

So I had to CASH it at one of those AMSCOT places, who chared me $30 to cash btw... but I did get the money order. Now I wait to see if my game is in yet cuase i have class soon and I want to play it tonight when I get home!!!! Otherwise I have to wait ANOTHER day for a game I preordered. I was gonna downgrade it to a DVD version instead so I could save some money, however I have no more money in my bank account I can spend on goodies... even though I already paid for this game I would have still needed to pay while they returned my money. :shakehead

About to create my character on mistmoore WOOT!

I'll either recreate my old babes from the original game, by the names of Kesiasa, Keriara, Keniana... or build my heroic guy named Borameir.... those are the names of my charcters always ;)

I coudln't find Mistmoore... had to create on adifferent server, I
ll try again later, there a few cosmetic changes I wanna do anyways :)

Yeah Mistmoore was probably down that's why. Since it's the most popular server it went down a few times. but it's up right now.

Wow this game is harsh on the graphicall ooz....

hehe it may take me 3 hours just to optimize my graphical settings between my driver settings and in game settings so I can get just the right mix of performance and beauty. But yeah a definite sweet ass... err sweet graphics on everything including characters

i tell you what, this game is HELLA addictive. I have a WoW acct too, it just doesn't do it for me the same way EQ does

I played EQ for its first two years and loved it. I tried the EQ2 beta and was pretty impressed but i think after all is said and done, Blizzard will be getting my money this time around.
