There are a couple retail hsfs floating around for that speed range. I have a couple of the smaller silver ones. Lemme guess, it's 60x60mm by something around 25mm tall (late and I can't measure it right now) and has a 60x15mm (or 13mm?) Delta fan on it that's pretty quiet. Uses a 3-prong clip... it's an aluminum heatsink with a copper base; the whole thing is nickel plated. They're decent heatsinks if you want to drill out the screw holes and retap them (AMD uses a totally non-standard screw; I couldn't get them anywhere) and use some better fans; I've got 7000rpm 60x25mm Delta 40cfms on mine and they only come in a few (5-10) degrees (Fahrenheit) behind my SLK-800A/Thermaltake SmartFan2 combos on the same system (dual 2500s)... The larger one with the screwed one base is an OEM Foxconn heatsink as I recall; I haven't used one, but from what I've read, they don't perform that well...
