NEED HELP!!!! Someone Please. I have coolweb spyware

Someone please help. I can not get rid of this coolweb spyware. I have been using adaware and spy sweeper, and nothing is working. I have been looking at other threads on here trying to figure out a way to get rid of this monster. I saw that I needed to download Highjackthis software, but that it was in zip format. So I went and downloaded winzip but the file won't extract after downloading the exe file. So I can't down load highjackthis. I am at a loss and very frustrated. If anyone can help I would greatly appreciate it. Thank You for your time.

    Ok Thank You Kwitko. Now how do I post my log on here so someone can look at it? And do I check everything that highjack found?
