new to this : can someone please help with : Enter the code displayed to continue download; i trying to download OMEGAKILLER; many thanks in advance

    I'm guessing you can't see the graphic that is displayed. What do you see?

    Thanks for replying; i could not see the graphics, correct; but now I can and I am getting an error message ' compressed zip folder is invalid or corrupted'

    You need to save it to your computer instead of opening it right after downloading. Silly, I know, but that seems to do the trick.

    I don't get to this window to save to disk. As soon as I click download I get this error message ' compressed zip folder is invalid or corrupted'.
    I trying to remove 'mysearch'

    The link checks out okay.

    You mean to say that as soon as you reach this screen and click download you get a corrupted zip file message?

    Correct, as soon as I click the link, I get this error message; I have just tried it on another PC and the link works fine; I guess something is stopping this download from my PC; any help will be much appreciated. Thanks

    Try another download on any other site and see if the problem persists. If it does then post a new thread in the SVT Spyware forum including your hijack log.

    That's a good start to getting rid of what may be causing your problem. Also...you can put the OMEGAKILLER exe to a floppy and transfer it to the problem PC.

    Go to add\remove programs and look for Mywebsearch, Mysearch etc and uninstall, if found.

    Thanks for all your help, I've manage to run Omegakiller by sending it from another pc by email; I seem to be cleared of the problem. Cheers to all and SEASONS GREETINGS
