First thing, Do you have a static IP and a registered domain? Without those, you won't be able to access anything from the outside.

    Network Domain: yourdomain.com
    Server Name: somename.yourdomain.com usually www.yourdomain.com
Admin's e-mail:any email address you want.

This info is not really necessary except in large-scale application. You can put whatever you want in there and you'll probably only encounter the info on error pages, AFAIK.

Wherever you want to put them. Usually the default is fine. In the Windows installation of Apache, I believe the default is the htdocs folder located in the folder where you installed Apache.
