MSI "Top Tech 3"?

So I got my refurbished MSI Pro266TD Master-LR motherboard from Newegg yesterday, and I borrowed the P3-866 out of my dad's Win 95 Dell that he keeps running for my sibling's games... anyhow, in the system health menu in the BIOS, there's a temperature readout labeled "Top Tech III". I know "Top Tech" is MSI's graphics card cooling system, but I can't find anything on MSI's site about it offering thermal monitoring. Does it? Anyone know what MSI graphics cards have it?
