Dexter...
What version of Windows do you have?
What kind of video card do you have?
Post the specs for your whole computer, that will help us a lot.
It's not that you "can't" post your e-mail address.....it's that you should not, for your own protection, unless you like spam
Please post all the data Primesuspect asked for, and we'll do our best to help you out.

I have windows XP Home Edition
AMD Athlon(tm) XP 1500+
1.35 GHz, 624 MB of RAm ( sorry if i dont give you all the info. i am not a computer expert)
It also says I have a 3D now?
Go to the START MENU -> All Programs -> Accessories -> System Tools -> System Information.
When that comes up, it will show you a system summary. Go to the EDIT Menu, and click SELECT ALL. Then go to edit again and click COPY. Then come back to this broswer window, click in the message reply are, and then go to the EDIT menu and choose PASTE. That will paste the system summary here for us to see.
Next, go back to the System Information window. On the left hand side, click the little + sign by the COMPONENTS section, then click on the word DISPLAY. When it loads up information about your display properties, repeat the SELECT/COPY/PASTE routine above.
That should give us all your basic info and your video info. Many gaming problems are either video related (video card not powerful enough to runthe game, or video driver software too old) or memory related (not enough RAM to run the game.) The System info data you paste in here will help us determine that. It looks like you have enough RAM and your CPU is okay, so the video display data will be important.
