Our good buddy Hawk, who is a newsposter over at Icrontic sent me a notice about a proposed class action settlement for anybody who purchased certain ABIT motherboards between January 1999 and today.
According to the settlement:
"You are a member of the proposed Settlement class (the "Class"), if you are within the United States and you purchased one of the following specified ABIT Motherboard models during the period January 1, 1999 to the present: BE6, BE6II, BF6, BX-133, KA7, KA7-100, SE6, VH6, VH6II, VH6T, VP6, KT7-RAID, KT7A, KT7A-RAID, VL6, VT6X4, SA6R, AND BX133-RAID. However, the Settlement Class shall not include any persons or entities purchasing ABIT Motherboards for resale purposes."
If this affects you, you can sign up at the ABIT Settlement website.
Thanks, hawk!

I have had it folding 2 seperate work units at a time for 3+ weeks now with 2 533 Celerons cranked up to 600, and 256 MB PC133. And with Windows 2000 Pro.

//edit: NM, I don't have the board any more - I wasn't going to keep a broken mobo sitting around for years! And I shredded all of my non-essential documents a month ago, including my PO for the KA7... no justice for me. :bawling:
