Problem with SM23

For the last few days SM23 has been locking up after running for an average of 5-6 hours. Everytime I restart the WU reverts back to 0%. At first I thought it was just this one particular Gromac but lastnight I deleted it out of queue and d'loaded another WU, this time it picked up a Genome. I went to bed and when I had woke up this morning it had locked up at about 5:15am.
So by this I know:
A) The problem is not WU specific
B) It's not overheating, it runs nice and cool and even went as far as cleaning the HS/F and reapplying AS.
C) It's not due to the O/C as I have even underclocked it and lowered the FSB down to 266 from 333, still locks.
D) There is no infections, virus or spyware and nothing out of the ordinary loaded in the proccess manager.
When I first put SM23 together up and running, originally I had it set to accept all WU's, big and small but had to change to just accepting the smaller WU's because it had issues with the 600 pointers and kept losing them. I also went through A-D at that time and nothing changed.
So 3 months later she is choking on all WU's. My suspicion is the motherboard, if you had seen my "Making of SM23" video, I showed 2 blown circuit paths on the PCB and at that time was surprised it ran at all. I think we squeezed our last M/KM out of that KD7. I'm choked up because I really like that board, it is awesome for overclocking.
I will add that I can get some crazy readings with MBM but had to largely ignore them because I knew that the board could potentially be returning bogus readings due to those blown circuits.
Help?

Could try another psu, if you've got one laying around.
and the ever-popular, check for leaking caps, especially the big ones near the cpu socket.
Forgot to mention, I did run Memtest. 0 errors.
The PSU is a 550W Enermax, it's running stronger than the 450W Enermax I have in my own computer.
Just checked for leaky caps, none. Just 2 blown circuits on the PCB.
P.S - I'll be out for most of the day so I won't be able to answer anymore until possibly tonight.
Hey, it REALLY went above and beyond what I ever expected in my wildest imaginings... The fact that it even worked at all astounds me
Me too.
