HI everyone

this looks like a realy helpful site so thought i'd ask for some help on this little problem my system's starting having!

When XP loads up I get the pop up error box with a message about a program that tried to shut down in an unusual manner and to contact the administrator immediately. That isn't an option so thought i'd post here. It syas the programme is called tyvvjtkd6. I found this in the system 32 folder in Windows. It says it is an application loaded onto my pc in Feb, but I don't recall anything weird happening on the date in question. Google can't find it.

Any suggestions as to what I should do?

(btw, i'm not too tech-savvy so any help in laymans terms would be most appreciated!)
