well, this is not a new system, only thing new is teh video card, and power supply, here is the spec of the new and old system
Old
1700+
corsair pc3200
8rda+
Antec 400wat smart power
Ti4600
and ect

new
1700+
corsair pc3200
8rda+
robanton 600watt
9800pro

I used to run my old system at
205x12, and it's stable, F@H and all
now new system
203x12 and 204x12 and 205x12 all not stable so far, testing 202 right now, same voltage and all, why??

can i get some inputs??

Do you think maybe the power supply has anything to do with that? Try putting the Antec back in there and see what happens.

i don't think the power supply have anything to do with it
since at 202x12 full load, the voltages are
    +5 at 4.92ish
    +12 at 12.2ish

as my antec with my old stuff in it was like this at full load
    +5 at 4.8ish sometimes high 4.7ish
    and +12 at 11.8ish

I can't imagine that it would be the video card. The only thing I can think of is the power supply - the voltages may be good, but perhaps the power's dirtier on the Robaton. I mean, give it a shot and see what happens.

done that dozen of times, i guess i will have to try my old PSU, not sure if it will beable to overlock to my old speed with the 9800pro sucking all the power from the little 400watt. but i will try

I agree with Prime, but also, how many sticks of RAM? If 2, was it running in dual or single mode before? Is it running in dual or single mode now. If it was single before and dual now, that could be the problem as I think in dual mode you top out @ fewer MHz than in single mode.

1 sstick of ram, in single mode as before.

Leishi, if everything is the same except the PS and card, try changing one or the other and see what effect it has. I suggest trying the PS first, since it won't require a format/reinstall or a lot of hassle to get it working properly with the other ps's drivers :D

It doesn't really matter whether you think it's the power supply or not, because thinking it isn't won't change the fact that it is, if indeed it is (did that make sense?). The only way you're going to know for sure is to return the system to the way it was before and add one component at a time until the problem comes back.

I would start with resetting CMOS and heat sink as Omega suggested. Then check the PSU with multimeter disconnected from the mobo. That 12v looks kind of low for a Robanton 600W. Either it isn't puting out correctly or your mobo is getting flaky.

Try a different stick of Ram also (if possible)

i do have a different stick of ram, but i don't think it will be possible to run the kingston pc3200 value ram at the same speed as i can with my corsair, and the corsair was just working fine in the systehm before i changed the video card and psu. i will check teh PSU once i have some free time, so tired from working.

started working at 6AM, got home at 7PM.
