    It's the Messenger service. To disable it, click Start > Run. Type "services.msc" in the field without quotes and press enter. Scroll down the list of services until you see the service called "Messenger." Double-Click it. In the new dialog, set "Startup Type" to disabled, and then click the "Stop" button. Click "OK." Close the Services window and you're all set. Nothing to worry about. :)

    Spammers exploit the way this service works to send spam messages. Once disabled, you won't get them anymore. You were more than likely not hacked.

    i just reinstall the computer and it occour??? why this happen????

    It happens because the Messenger service is turned on by default. No, it's not a hack. It's a service that, when used properly, is useful for sending messages out over a LAN or WAN.

    You should make sure your system is fully updated with the latest service pack and hotfixes.
