6800GT Card Problems - Help Needed Please

Installed my MSI NX6800GT PCI-X card, i put the extra power cable in to the card but it says the card is not recieving sufficent power and will drop performance to compensate, even tho i can actually overclock it ok, the issue seems to be is wount let me change the speed on the fan and just locks it self at the lowest…
