...Prof, Where did you get the updated Team 93 skin? Is it on the Weatherman's site?
I took the original, designed by mondi, and modified it slightly. Give him the credit for doing the tricky part. :respect:

Just extract the attached file to the Skins subfolder in your EMIII program folder, then use the skin chooser and pick Rally2005:

Go here and have a ball.
How do I open up the EMIII window?
Is it loading automatically when you start Windows? If so, double-click the "microscope" icon down by the clock.

The EM3 window. Have you got the microscope in the tray? If so click on it. if not check your task manager and make sure em3 exe. is running.

    Check the sig generator here

EMIII is running but isn't in the system tray.

Are you sure it's not one of the "hidden" icons under the "<" button on the System Tray?

It may be set to run in Stealth Mode. Press and hold the Scroll Lock key for a minute (or until it appears).

Under General Settings in EMIII, make sure that "Run EM in Stealth (No tray icon)" is not checked.

If none of that works, you could always kill it with Task Manager, then start it up again from the Start Menu. :)

None of that works. :shakehead

See if the solution here works. :)

Option 1 didn't work so I'm looking in my registry.

EDIT: After Regediting, I cannot find EMIII. I only find EMCalc and F@H Version 4/5 monitor.

If that doesn't work than try this:

Create a new text document and name it 'show.me' (without quotes) and save it in your EMIII folder. Open up the EMIII folder, wait a few seconds and EMIII should pop up.

Prime gave me these instructions and they worked flawlessly :D

    Good luck :)

EDIT: I would suggest to delete your EMIII folder, completely. Create a new EMIII folder on your desktop and re-download EMIII.

    EDIT 2: sorry prof :D

    Try this:

Make a copy of any file and put it in the EM folder.

    Rename the file to show.me

Wait 30 seconds and EM will pop into view.

When the microscope icon appears in the System Tray, right-click it, then left-click "Options".

Go the the "General Settings" tab using the <- and -> arrows at the top right.

Make sure "Run EM in Stealth (No tray icon)" is not checked.

EDIT: Trogan_1000 was too quick for me.

Man, if you get that worked up about getting EMIII going, I wonder what you're like at Christmas. Or maybe on your birthday. :vimp:

You are just what Team 93 needs: a new member with a lot of enthusiasm. Keep up the high spirits, buddy.

F@H is not running on it's own again. What's going on? I'm getting a little worried.

PS: I will be gone for a couple of days so I may not see this thread for that duration.

I think that I may have gotten a faulty WU. Is that possible? My computer is running Idle Process.

    Try this:

Right-click "My Computer", then left-click "Manage". Go down to "Services and Applications" hit the + sign, then click on "Services". Find the FAH console in the list and make sure it is set to Automatic. If the service is stopped, start it.

    Once again, w00t! It Lives!;D

Thanx Prof , that one did the trick, but I thought to myself, "restart". I was right. I restarted it and it worked. That should make it easier to make that thing run from here on out.
