Open a command prompt, type in ipconfig /flushdns, close the command prompt, reboot, and see if you can get to their site. Flushing the DNS cache removes all your DNS entries. Perhaps there was an entry pointing to an old IP.
Type in http://132.66.48.22/ and see what comes up. If it's not the NetDIMES page, something is kooky.
