Baron, I might have what you want. I've got an...
it's either an SLK-900U or an SLK-947U. Not sure, but it came with the motherboard reverse side plate as well as spring-loaded clips. I don't have the details for you right now. I literally just pulled it out of my Intel rig and replaced with a Zalman 7000. I don't remember the model number right now - just remember that it was for socket 462 or 478.
Edit: OK, it's not what you're looking for. It's an SLK-900U, for Socket 462/A or P4 (up to 3400). For socket A, you must use the back plate. Sorry. Hope you find what you need.
bump because I'm still looking for an SLK-900A (the newer one won't fit in my case). I'm also willing to trade you my SLK-900U, if that sounds doable to anyone
I should be able to look the stats up for the Sunon fan when I get home. I've got a few other ones too, so I could always do a subjective rating and say which is the quietest.

I have already offered to trade you my 900A for your 900U twice. And if you feel compensation to equalize is required we can discuss it.

ADD: an ALX-800 would also be good
