Hi guys,
I'm trying to run memtest. According to the readme, there should be a set of commands at the bottom of the screen, there isn't. What happens is the floppy boots then I get this-
@x:8000
ax:0200
bx:0000
cx:0006
dx:0000
This is repeated all the way down the left of the screen, it flickers like it's being rewritten but nothing interupts it aside from the reset button. What's going on?

    That there don't look too right none.

    I'd redownload and reburn the ISO and try again.

    It's booting off a floppy. Does that matter?

    nah, it should work either way (I've used both the floppy and cd-rom versions on many occassions), so I'll agree with Kwitko that something is borked

    I'm trying to find an instability with folding. The PC has rebooted itself a few time recently, always when the weather gets hot. I should have a better, cooler case next week. Anyhow, I've had a few WUs reset themselves and it was suggested by shwaip that it could be memory related. Everything else, HL2, CoDUO online works great.
