Take a look at this mod that an online aquaintence of mine made.

It needs airflow (unless you open the door), but you have to give him credit for originality.
:)

    Original? Yes.
Possibly the ugliest mod I've ever seen? Yes.

    Some ideas should remain unimplemented.

I don't think it looks too bad. It could use a paintjob, but the overall shape is good. Besides, it has a built-in window and easy access to at least one side of the computer! :D

I like it. Now to keep myself from taking a dremel to my mother's toaster oven ;D

Ugly.. yes. ;D He knows that. He even joked about it.
It was something he had laying around and did it just to see if he could.

It's very 50s :) Maybe a couple LEDs in the window would help make it not so.... ugly. :p I do like the power button and power/active LEDs blended in with the control panel a lot though.

    perfect for burning CDs

This is no more ugly than some of the stock beige boxes out there. It would be cool to find an old chrome toster over and use it.

This is true, but I wouldn't recommend using those either :p

oh heck yeah... that would look awesome. CD drive coming out one slot, floppy in the other. Pressing the lever down turns it on...

that thing is ugly, but it works somehow. it's got a window built it, i guess if he had gone with a newer toaster it wouldn't have looked ugly. well at least he won't go hungry while playing UT now.

Print a picture of the window on another oven and stick it on the front. How secure is that?

Sorry, I thought it was clear. I mean take a picture of another oven , Preferably with a plate or something inside.Chop it so you only have the window part of the picture and print it. Stick this over the front of the glass on the PC oven. Then when Mr burgler pops in he'll think it's an ,wait for it, OVEN.
    Just being light hearted guys,

    bothered.
