good cheap ftp provider?

I need a chaep, reliable ftp server provider for one of my web design clients. anybody have any ideas? something that is resonable in price/features and easy to use.

    i am leaning towards sarcnet all the way, just wondering if anybody had any 1st hand experience with something else.

    I have experience with 1and1 and fasthosts. Although both UK hosts and Sarcnet is US, I have had a far better experience with Sarcnet on a professional level. Brian may be a very good friend of mine but my sites need to stay up (especially Short-Media!).

    If it wasn't working out, Id have moved them by now and I haven't or intend to :)

    Sarcnet are very good at what they do, Im a satisfied, unbiased customer :)
