I think you'll be very disappointed with it. Fan adapters in general don't perform well, and the super-thin ones like that perform worse. Axial fans do NOT do well with backpressure, and the thinner the adapter, the more backpressure you'll have. More backpressure = more noise, more wear, less airflow. The CNCed adapters look to be pretty good, but again, fan adapters in general don't do too well. It's a case of "if you want something done right, you have to do it yourself". You could make a very effective fan adapter, but it will be large and probably somewhat time consuming to make.
