@Rewired, I believe that you will not be able to post HTML (ie: Images) due to being a "new" member. You will be upgraded when you hit 50 posts to allow such posts.
+1 for the Motorola SB6121. It's what I got when I switched to cable, works well for me. Plus NewEgg has it on a pretty steep markdown from MSRP most of the time.

What's a "stated line speed"?
The speed allocated that your work is paying for. The best place to look at this is on the bill for the service. It will state the speeds on the line showing the charge for the internet service.
10 down and 1 up might be acceptable if your stated line speed is 12 / 2 or something like that but would be unacceptable if you are paying for 20/10 for instance.
Not bad. Cox is supposed to be upgrading my home interwebs from 25/3 to 50/10 soon. There will be a 100/20 package available too...might have to look into that one.

What we have on board. Via satellite. Shared among 20 people. It physically hurts.
Still not super, but it's the best I can get in the area without spending over 70$/mo.
