PC internet connection via bluetooth

i have a samsung e530 with bluetooth connection and a bluetooth dongle linking my computer. i want to use the wap on my mobile to connect to the internet on my pc can someone please give me a step by step way to do so or at least a website that can. i have window XP proffessional.
