Who would you pick to protect the world/universe?

Lets say Earth, the universe, or maybe your home town was to be destroyed by an Evil Force, The Devil, a Meteor, a Terrorist organization, The Blob or even an Alien Race to name a few. What video game character(s) would you want to be in charge of the situation?

I would choose Master Chief from Halo, Solid Snake from Metal Gear Solid, and Dante from Devil May Cry.



I know, extremely nerdy.

    The marine from Doom (does he have a name?). If he can handle the forces of Hell single-handedly, I don't think anything else comes close. Maybe throw in MegaMan and Link for backup.

    He-Man was cool and so was Optimus Prime . . . they'd be my backups. :D

    Batman, he would kick supermans ass any day. Ohh wait, he already did! MUAHAHA!

    But perhaps Morgan Kell of the Kell Hounds Mercenary Unit in BattleTech. Not only does his Archer Mech kick total ass, but he has some kind of weird Aura.

    I also Like Solid Snake(only from what I have seen), Master Chief, The chick from Oni, and Sylvester Stalone. Yeah you bes' recognize!

    Jesus is Jesus, and we all know that the son of God should be able to do whatever He wants and if it is his divine plan to save the world, then it shall be done. Garth Brooks because he is the musical savior, born of a virgin birth and sent to mankind to save them from the musical hell known as pop music, and Julia because she single-handedly introduced America to the wonders of gorumet cooking, and because she wields a knife like no other.

    I would have obviously chosen Jesus, but these were supposed to be video game characters.

    The characters I chose are most widely-known for their cartoons and comic books, but I have seen them in video games, with the possible exception of He-Man, but I think he was in a video game too.
