Window Xp Home explorer.exe problem! help plz!

Hello,
Im currently using Window Xp home SP2 (Build2600). My problem occurs when I restart/shutdown my computer, a explorer.exe end task window would pop out. Also sometime the explorer.exe would use 99% of my cpu. Plz help me with this as Im a noobie. Thanks

    Good work. I'd love to help you, but I'm not the expert in this arena. We do have experts - just not me. One of the them will get with you when they have the chance. We have MANY people come here for help, so the SVT gurus may be finishing cleaning jobs with others at the moment.
