AVG Free finds no virus, but changes in system 32

Computer continues to work ok, but two things ocurred: a new "shell32" appeared with the notice:"Changed" and below the AVG showed a new notice: "ntoskrnl.exe...Changed" Can somebody help me and explain the meaning of this to me and tell me if I am in danger? Thanks a lot. Much appreciated.

    Are you talking about the Task Manager? HJT log? Where are these phrases appearing?

    When AVG first starts a scan, it runs quickly and it appears on a white screen all that it's found in windows/System 32 and is there where it shows up. That is to say a series of "ok" and then "so and so"...Changed. (in the place where it should say "ok" Thank you by the quick reply BTW.
