Why not just buy one retail? They're so new, that you're probably not going to get a price break on a used one. Are you in a country or location that makes ordering/buying one difficult?
No, i live in the u.s. so there is no real problem getting one here, but i am concerned about getting a lackluster stepping from newegg.com.

Newegg and Monarch both have decent chips shipping. As a matter of fact it is hard to find a bd one right now!
