FAST Wizard Issues

I keep getting an error when I'm trying to import my FAS data. I've tried importing the file both from a local drive and a usb drive, but each time it pauses after two green bars and says that "Files and Settings Wizard has encountered a problem....." Immediately following is an error saying "DrWatson Postmortem Debugger has encountered..." I've tried doing a repair install of XP but that didn't fix it. Wondering what I should do next?

    The only solution that worked for me was to run filewiz.exe located on the winxp service pack 2 cd in \support folder 'methinks'. worked like a treat and recovered nearly 2 gig of stuff me :)

    Are you running FAST from Windows directly or from a WinXP CD? Try using the WinXP CD to run it.
