I'm trying to diagnose a problem with a PC and I want to use some kind of burn in software to make the problem occur. Does anyone know any good, free software for this?

F&H is a great burnin program... "Folding @ Home" I use it for all my new builds :)

Aye, it does stress the processor... but I want something that I can individually stress different parts of the machine ie: stress the processor, see if it fails, stress the memory, see if that fails etc.. ideally something I can set a load of tests up, walk away from the machine then come back later and see form a log which test made the machine fail.

SiSoft Sandra has memory and CPU benchmarks that you can set to run multiple times.

Yeah, it's called "Burn-in" or something like that. It stresses nearly everything.
