Dating script

Hi people!
I am new here and need some help. I plan to start a dating site and I found free script on [spam]www.tufats_free_spamming_system[/spam]. I downloaded it but I still don`t know how to use it. Can someone help me?

    Do you have any experience hosting a website? If not, then this will likely confuse you and it would be in your best interest to hire someone to do it, or we can try and guide you through it.

    Well I have done some basic html before but I neved hosted I site and also I need some advices about hosting (prices and etc...)
