Newegg has a Refurb 9800 Pro (Sapphire) for $250... but I need to know how good Sapphire's support is before I order one. Opinions?

I supposed it's like any other computing tech support department..

You'll probably have to wait, if only for a few minutes, and as long as you don't go beyond the knowledge of the guy you're with, it should go smooth.

Edit: Why do you need Sapphire support anyway? You got us! :P

Well I have experienced two opposite approaches.

    Asus support.
I sent them an enquiry regarding my GF2 GTS I believe it had something to do with tv-out or tv-in.
    I cannot remember what.
Now I have waited for three years for a reply.
    I am still waiting.

    Abit support (Netherlands)
Sent them an enquiry concerning my Abit KT7-Raid.
It was during the holidays, between Christmas and Newyear.
They replied two days after their holiday ended.
    Very fast indeed.
I sent them several e-mails on different topics.
I have always received a competent and quick reply.

Note: I do not know anything about Sapphire's support.
This is two examples of good and bad support.

Huh. ASUS's support over here is outstanding. Although part of that may be because I live (literally) <40 minutes away (if traffic is good anyhow...).

    LOL interesting.
I cannot remember whether I sent the mail to their German division or I sent it to Taiwan.
