iPod - Creating Folders

I was wondering if it was possible to create folders inside the iPod Nano. I have all my songs on it, and I made sure to delete all the ID3 tags so that its all in alphabetical order by artist, but I just got the fill FF7 soundtrack, and I wanted to put it on the iPod, but I don't want to mess up the way it's setup, so I wanted to create an "FF7" folder.

    Create a playlist for that album through iTunes.
