9800 pro A-I-W

I have to RMA my radeon 9 800 pro a-i-w due to failure probably because of the 3.8 catalysts, but i need a bios chip number, but i cant find the bios chip anywhere on the card, can anyone help:confused:

    well i dont think i got the bios number right, is there anyone with a radeon 9800 Pro a-i-w that can tell me where the bios number is, because i have had a ton of trouble finding it...:confused:

    Start -> Settings -> Control Panel - Display
    Click on the "Settings Tab" and hit "Advanced"
    Click on the "Adapter" Tab.

    You'll find the data there. :)

    You sure they don't need the S/N? That's all they needed for my 8500.. the S/N should be on a sticker on the back of the card...

    they said they needed the s/n p/n and the bios number. I cant get the bios number through windows cause my card is fried and thats why i need the number, so that i can RMA it. I need to know where i can locate the number on the card itself

    anyone know where i can locate the bios number on the card itself, i cant find anything that resembles a bios number or bios chip

    Edit i found the S/N and the P/N but theres a slip of paper that says :

    3139 147 18921H#
    F11236/W H-3
    SV20 0307
    MADE IN IDONESIA

    is there anything in that i can get the bios number from, cause theres another sticker but that just had the P/N and the S/N
