SuperNoobish question

Hi all. I'm new (within the last ten minutes) and just thought I'd say hello. I just learned about F@H today and decided that since I leave my desktop on all day anyhow that I'd give folding a whirl. It's a good cause, so why not eh?

Anyhow, I downloaded and installed the F@h console and I'm just trying to figure out if it's actually doing a WU or not. How do I track my progress?

Just looking around, this place seems pretty cool. Hopefully I can get my setup rocking here so I can generate some points for the team.

Glad to be here,

Colin

Welcome to the site, and to the team! :fold:

There are several ways. Electron Microscope offers a graphical interface on your F@H progress.

I usually just browse my PC to the folder that I set up the folding executable in, and open the log file in Notepad. It contains a running notification of what the program has been up to.

I downloaded EM and it doesnt seem to be doing anything. Is there something I need to do in the config that I might have missed?
