Norton Antivirus (Parental Control) help!

Something's wrong with my parental control settings, it's made me the supervisor and I'm not suppose to be.

I turned the Parental Control on, but I can still go on blocked sites (i.e News Sites) What's wrong? And how can I fix it?

    Tell them you were trying to improve the security but were unable to.
