I am aware that there are many online deals available for new 19" LCDs, but if you compare them to what I'm selling, please take into account the following:

? How long is the warranty. Is it 3 years?
? Reputation of manufacturer with warranties/RMA.
? Is the monitor analog only? (D-Sub) = inferior display
? Does it include a DVI (digital connector) cable? = expensive
? Is shipping included?
? Does the vendor guarantee against dead pixels. (You can't return a monitor to Newegg with fewer than 8 dead pixels. Even one dead pixel is undesirable.)
? Is the response time rating, such as "5ms", gray to gray rating or color. That makes a difference.

Payment: I'll take PayPal, money order, cashiers check, and if I know you or you've got great Heatware, a personal check. If your Heatware rating is skimpy, I might ask you to pay first.

I'm selling because I have more monitors than I need. No problem with the BenQ. It works perfectly.
